摘要
研究了聚富马酸丙二醇酯 (PPF)的合成方法 ,讨论了合成条件 (催化剂种类、用量、反应时间 )对合成反应的影响 ,发现最佳反应条件为富马酸与丙二醇物质的量之比为 1∶1 ,对甲苯磺酸与富马酸的物质的量之比为 2 .3 3∶1 0 0 ,在 90℃下反应 7h.利用FTIR ,TGA ,GPC等方法对其进行了表征 .研究了这种树脂的自由基交联和光固化性能 ,发现交联时最高放热温度为 3 6℃ .
The effect of reaction condition (the kinds and dosage of the catalyzer and the reaction time) on polymerization of PPF was studied. the optimal reaction condition was that the ratio of 1,2 propanediol to fumarate acid is 1∶1(mol), the ratio of p tolunesulfonic acid to fumarate acid is 2.33∶100(mol). The reaction mixure polymerized at 90?℃for 7?h can get the desired polymer. The structure and properties of the final product was characterized by FTIR, TGA and GPC. The thermo and photo crosslinking performance of PPF was studied and the highest temperature caused by heat crosslinking reaction is 36?℃.
