切实解决好全面建设小康社会过程中的“三农”问题

View on the "Rural,Agricultural and Farmer's Problems" in Course of Building well-off Society-all-round Way

江泽民同志在党的十六大上所作的报告 ,是推进我国社会主义现代化建设和改革开放的纲领性文献。报告全面总结了过去五年的工作和十三年的基本经验 ,深刻阐述了“三个代表”的重要思想 ,提出了我国在本世纪头 2 0年全面建设小康社会的宏伟奋斗目标 ,明确了做好各项工作的部署和要求。报告对于农业、农村、农民问题作了一系列重要的论述 ,对做好“三农”工作具有长远而深刻的指导意义。本文围绕学习和领会十六大报告中有关“三农”问题的论述 ,加深认识农村经济社会的发展前景和政策措施 ,谈几点初步的看法。

According to the argumentation about 'rural, agricultural and farmer's problems ' in the 16th National Congress's report,The author puts forward his view in the following respects: (1) To accelerate the construction of a well-off society in rural areas. (2) To develop the agriculture and rural economics. (3) Put forward the rural reform. (4) Help rural labor to move to non-agricultural industries and to cities and towns.
