摘要
本文介绍了一种新型的集成三漏CMOS磁敏传感器的电路原理、电路特点及研制结果,该电路制作在0.9×0.9mm^2的芯片面积上。该器件具有以下优点:高磁灵敏度,良好的稳定性及温度特性、功能强、显示出良好的工程应用价值。
This paper describes the principle and characteristics of the circuit for a new integrated triple-drain CMOS magnetic sensitive transducer. Experimental results for the device are also given in this paper. The circuit is integrated on a chip with an area of 0.9×0.9mm^2. The device features the follwing advantages: high magnetic sensitivivy, good stability, good temperature characteristics, etc. It is valuable for engineering applications.
