试论共青团组织管理理念的创新

On Innovation in the Concept of the CY L Organization' s Management

中国共青团组织的一般性质与建设富强民主文明社会主义国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命,团组织的强流动性、成员年轻性、思想活跃性、团干任职短暂性等特殊性,团组织管理现状中的“短”、“松”、“浮”、“懒”问题,共同要求团的组织管理理念必须创新。团组织管理理念的创新,必须建立在坚实可靠的政治方向、持续稳定的发展前景,快速灵活的反应能力、源源不断的创新思维的基础之上,尤其在人力、运作、发展、技术、应变诸基本理念层面上进行大胆的探索与实践。

This article analyses the necessity,importance and urgency of innovati on in the concept of the Communist You th League organization' s management.Meanwhile,it discusses the basis and requirements for inn ovation in the concept of the League organization' s management.The author believes th at the innovation should be based on a firm and correct political orientation,the prospect of sustained and steady development,the capacity of quick response,and continuous innovation thinking.More importantly,the exp loration of the innovation must be fo cused on the following basic concept s:the concepts of human resources,operation,develo pment,technology and dealing with a ccidents.
