摘要
应从观念和行动上把青年人力资源的开发看做是民族地区经济发展的第一资源。由此出发,民族地区青年人才的培训必须加强普及性,注重针对性、坚持实践性、确保经常性;以创业教育,创业技能提高、创业精神示范等方式,重点培养青年的创业精神;同时,着力于全方位建设包括学习培育、选拔、服务、奖励、约束,宣传机制在内的青年人力资源开发工作机制。
Young qualified personnel should be regarded as the primary resources fo r economic development in regions in-habited by the minority ethnic groups.So,we must make young personnel tr aining more universal,direectional,practical and reguar.The training need to be centr e on young people' s entrepreneurship.At the same time ,we should establish the work mechanism of young personnel exploitation in an all -round way.
