摘要
高校学术腐败并不仅仅是道德层面和正义层面出现的问题,它还涉及到人力资源管理的科学化问题。在治理学术腐败的问题上,道德教育是一种软约束,加强法制不过是强化一种外部约束力量。只有实现了人力资源管理的科学化,才能使高等教育产生一种对学术腐败的有效抗体或防御机制,使学术腐败者难以利用人事管理上的漏洞而通过投机取巧获得成功。
Academic corruption in colleges and universites not only is the problem a rising in the realm of morality and ju s-tice,but also involves the matter of human resource management.Therefo re,it is necessary to make human reso urce man-agement more scientific.Only by doing so,is it possible to make higher ed ucation build up its own resistance t o academic corruption,thus stopping up all loo pholes in personnel management.
