摘要
鉴于企业文化必须为企业的总目标服务、与企业管理制度相辅相成、体现企业精神内涵,富有个性的特征;又因为企业文化对企业发展的凝聚激励、约束与塑造企业形象的重要功能;必须实施企业识别战略、管理者予以高度重视、以人为中心全面提高员工素质、突显职业道德教育,做好企业文化载体建设;才能在知识经济条件下,将企业文化融于企业管理之中,使企业能够适应日益激烈的市场竞争。
The article deals with enterprise cu lture.On the basis of the analysis of the important characteristics and c hief functions of enterprise culture,it makes suggestions about how the fine enterprise culture can be built.These suggestions are:(1)the enterprise discernment strateg y should be implemented;(2)the manager should attach great importance to enterprise culture;(3)anthropocentric management should be upheld to improve the quality of th e staff and workers in an all -round way;(4)much attention should be drawn to pro fessional ethics education.
