改良宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠期宫颈机能不全16例临床观察

Clinical observation on 16 cases of cervical incompetence during pregnancy treated by modified cervical cerclage

目的探讨改良宫颈环扎术治疗妊娠期宫颈机能不全的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2016年2月至2018年11月泰州妇产医院收治的妊娠中期因宫颈机能不全行改良宫颈环扎16例的临床资料。结果 16例手术过程顺利,无并发症发生,术后成功率87.5%(14/16),其中足月分娩率达56.25%(9/16)、早产率31.25%(5/16)、新生儿存活率88.24%(15/17)。结论改良宫颈环扎术式可延长孕周、提高新生儿存活率,尤其适合宫颈管较短的患者,适合基层医院运用,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified cervical cerclage on cervical incompetence during pregnancy.Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 16 cases of cervical cerclage due to cervical insufficiency in the second trimester of pregnancy from February 2016 to November 2018 in Taizhou Maternity Hospital.Results 16 cases underwent operation smoothly without complications.The success rate after operation was 87.5%(14/16),of which the full-term delivery rate was 56.25%(9/16),the preterm birth rate was 31.25%(5/16),and the newborn survived.The rate is 88.24%(15/17).Conclusion Improved cervical cerclage can prolong gestational age and improve neonatal survival rate,especially for patients with short cervical canal,suitable for primary hospitals,and worthy of clinical promotion.
