Credit is the spirit of market economy and finance is the core of national economy.Sin ce China's accession to WTO successfully,financial credit has been becoming more and more im portant to the market-oriented economy.It is closely related to the market oriented economy or-der,the bargain cost,the competitive ability,the sustainable development of national economy and Chi na's image in the work.
