中原地区先秦时期麦遗存的考古学研究 被引量:15

A Study of the Wheat Remains in the Central Plains during the Pre-Qin Periods

摘要 考古工作表明,麦类作物至迟在龙山时代进入中原地区,但处于低水平利用阶段;二里头时代,麦类作物可能已经在本地种植;二里岗——殷墟时期,麦作发展出现明显转折,稳定地嵌入商人农业经济中;两周时期,麦作持续发展。麦类作物的传入与早期发展,为农业、经济、文化、社会的发展提供了支持,促使早期中国核心区融入到青铜时代全球化、食物全球化的浪潮中,并为后世麦作发展与'粟麦之变'的农业格局奠定了基础。 The archaeological work reveals that the wheat crops have entered the central plains during the time of Longshan Culture,but were still at a low level of productivity.It still worth exploration whether wheat had been planted locally.Since the time of Erlitou Culture,wheat crops may had been planted locally.During the period of Erligang-Yinxu Cultures,there was a significant turn in the development of wheat agriculture,which already became inseparable component of the agricultural economy.During the Zhou Dynasties,wheat agriculture continued to develop.The spread of wheat agriculture into China and its early development provided agriculture basis and support for the social,economic and cultural development,and prompted Early Chinese core culture into the worldwide Bronze Age culture.It also laid the foundation for the food globalization,progress of wheat agriculture,and the change of grain food from millet to wheat.
