摘要
本文回顾了中国特色城镇化的学术起源,并给出了一般性的界定;结合城镇化的实践探索,诠释了中国特色城镇化的独特内涵,即中国特色城镇化是外生与内生的统一,具有渐进性、多样性、协调性和人本性。中国特色城镇化不同于其他国家的发展模式,促使我们反思如何正确认识和处理政府与市场关系、府际关系、产城关系。
The present article reviews the academic origin of urbanization with Chinese characteristicsand gives a general definition. Combining the practical exploration, it explains distinct connotation of urban-ization with Chinese characteristics, namely the unity of exogenous and endogenous urbanization. The differ-ence in the developmental mode between China's urbanization and that of other countries prompts the re-flection on the relations between government and market.
