聚乙二醇4000散联合乳果糖治疗妊娠便秘的临床疗效

Clinical effect of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder combined with lactulose for treating pregnant women with constipation

目的:探讨聚乙二醇4000散联合乳果糖治疗妊娠便秘的临床疗效。方法:将156例妊娠便秘患者随机分为3组各52例。A组采用乳果糖治疗。B组采用聚乙二醇4000散治疗。联合组采用聚乙二醇4000散联合乳果糖治疗。均治疗14d统计疗效。采用Wexner便秘评分量表评估便秘病情程度,Bristol粪便量表行粪便症状评分(BSFS),便秘患者生活质量量表(PAC-QOL评分)评估治疗前后生活质量变化。记录不良反应情况。结果:治疗后联合组的总有效率最高, BSFS评分最高,Wexner便秘评分和PAC-QOL评分最低(均P<0.05),而A组和B组比较无差异(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇4000散联合乳果糖能有效提高妊娠便秘的疗效,改善患者的生存质量,且安全性较好。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of polyethylene glycol 4000 powder combined with lactulose for treating pregnant women with constipation. Methods: 156 pregnant women with constipation were randomly divided into three groups(52 patients in each group). The pregnant women in Group A were treated by lactulose, the pregnant women in Group B were treated by polyethylene glycol 4000 powder, and the pregnant women in Group C were treated by polyethylene glycol 4000 powder combined with lactulose. All women in the three groups were treated for 14 d. The Wexner constipation score scale was used to assess the constipation severity of the pregnant women. Fecal symptom score(BSFS) was measured by Bristol fecal scale. The quality of life of all included pregnant women was assessed by PAC-QOL score before and after treatment. The incidences of adverse reaction of pregnant women in the three groups were compared. Results: The total effective rates and the BSFS of women in group C were significant higher than those of women in group A compared or group B, but the scores of Wexner constipation and PAC-QOL of women in group C were significant lower than those of women in group A or group B(P>0.05). There were no significant different in the total effective rate, the BSFS, and scores of Wexner constipation, and PAC-QOL score of women between group A and group B(P>0.05). Conclusion: PEG 4000 powder combined with lactulose for treating pregnant women with constipation can effectively improve the curative effect and the quality of life of women, and has better safety.
