剖宫产后阴道试产中子宫破裂3例报告 被引量：1

摘要 1病例报告例1,患者,女,33岁,G2P1,末次月经(LMP):2017年5月8日,预产期(EDC):2018年2月15日。因'孕37+6周,阴道流液伴见红2h'于2018年1月31日01:55收入院。2014年因'妊娠期高血压疾病'行剖宫产1次。此次孕期本院产检未见异常。入院后体格检查正常,宫颈Bishop评分4分;产科B超示双顶径101mm,头围338mm,腹围320mm,股骨长72mm,子宫前壁下段肌层最薄约0.6mm.
