摘要
在高校结构化面试中,考官掌握着考生的"生杀大权",能否做到客观公正评价,将直接影响面试的公信度。结构化面试的特点以及考官评价的主观性,决定了考官心理效应对面试结果的重要影响。从实践看,试题的科学性、面试考官的结构和素质、面试程序的规范性都是影响心理效应的重要因素,需要在面试工作中加以控制。
The interviewers hold absolute power in higher education institutions' structuralinterviews. The objectivity of interviewers is crucial to the credibility of the interviews. Meanwhile thecharacteristics of the structural interviews and the subjectivity of the interviewers' judgment lead to theExaminer's Effect,which greatly impacts the result of the interviews. Based on practical observations,the psychological effects will be impacted by the scientificalness of the interview questions,the structureand quality of the interviewers,and the standards of the interview procedures. Such factors need to befurther controlled to improve the quality of higher education institutions' interviews.
