高职院校思想政治教育全员育人机制构建

Constructing the Mechanism of All-member Cultivating People for Ideological and Political Education in Vocational Colleges

全员育人是高校提高大学生思想政治教育针对性和实效性的必由途径。但由于全员育人意识淡漠、全员育人制度不健全,导致众多高职院校没有形成全员育人的良好氛围。因此,高职院校全体教职工必须树立"人人有责"的育人理念,从加强制度建设,完善全员育人机制入手,以形成全员育人的大好局面。

The way of all-member cultivating people is necessary for the college to improve thepertinence and effectiveness of the students' ideological and political education. However,due to theirdifferent awareness of educating people and the weakness of the education system,many colleges havenot formed a good atmosphere for the whole staff. Thus,it is necessary to develop an understanding ofeveryone's common responsibility to educate students,strengthen the system construction,and promotethe educating mechanism to form a good situation.
