电视剧《原乡》通过"离乡""思乡""归乡"的套层结构展现了台海老兵们被迫迁徙于他乡的故事。在离乡故事中,他们饱尝"有亲不能孝""有爱不能圆""有友不能逢"的人生悲剧;在思乡故事中,他们历经乡愁难解、有苦难言、抱团难暖的现实困境;在归乡故事中,他们在政治体制的压抑下恐惧生存,在多重矛盾的冲突中悄然行动,最终其归乡行为被认可。由此,电视剧建构了在历史政治语境下老兵群体为了归乡不畏强权、勇敢反抗的集体记忆。

The TV drama Original Country shows a story that the Taiwan veterans were forced tomigrate to other places through a layer structure which is made up of leaving the hometown,homesickness and homecoming. In the story of leaving the country,they endured the life tragedies suchas'being unable to be filial to parents','being unable to unite with lovers'and'being unable to meetfriends'. In the homesickness story,they experienced the realistic predicament which consists ofhomesickness,hardship and unity to conquer difficulties. In the homecoming story,they frighteninglylived under the repression of the political system and quietly acted in the multiple conflicts,and werefinally recognized by the others. Therefore,the drama constructs a reasonable collective memory that theveteran groups revolt the political power bravely in order to return home in the special context of historyand politics.
