城郊失地农民社群隔离与融合问题研究——以金华市为例

城郊失地农民的社群隔离问题主要包括经济性隔离、制度性隔离和自愿性隔离三个层面。社群隔离问题容易加剧社会不平等,导致社会分层的刚性化。完善征地补偿机制与社会保障制度、加强对城郊失地农民的教育培训与就业帮助、提供公平的优质公共服务、加强正面舆论宣传、提高城郊失地农民的社会参与度以及推动社区内的邻里互动等举措,可以推动城郊失地农民从社群隔离走向社群融合。

The social isolation of land-lost farmers in suburban area mainly includes three aspects:economic isolation,institutional isolation and voluntary separation,which aggravate social inequality andlead to the rigidity of social stratification. Such measures as perfecting the compensation mechanism ofland expropriation and the social security system,strengthening the education training and employmentassistance to the suburban landless peasants,providing fairly quality public service,increasing thepropaganda of the positive public opinion,improving farmers' social participation as well as promotingneighborhood interaction within the community can help farmers towards community integration.
