摘要
在无梯度反应器中,对上海石化科技开发公司所开发的环柱形乙烯基乙酸酯合成催化剂的宏观反应动力学进行了研究。在与工业操作条件相似的实验条件下,采用幂函数型反应动力学模型对实验数据进行回归和参数估值,得到主、副反应的宏观动力学模型。
The macrokinetics of gas phase air oxidation of ethylene to vinyl acetate is studied over a new type hollow cylindrical catalyst in a gradientless reactor. The reaction conditions are similar to the industrial operating conditions such as temperature, reaction pressure and inlet concentration. The reaction models of power function type are adopted. Through analysis and regression of experimental result, the macrokinetic models of the main and side reactions are gained.
