相转移催化合成异戊氧基乙酸

Synthesis of Isoamyloxyacetic Acid by Phase-transfer Catalysis

摘要 以相转移催化Willianson醚法代替经典的Willianson醚法,由异戊醇与氯乙酸合成异戊氧基乙酸,克服了原路线反应条件苛刻、危险性大、产品收率低、杂质含量高等缺点。考察了NaOH浓度、反应温度、反应时间、NaOH用量、催化剂用量及氯乙酸中溶剂量对反应收率的影响。研究结果表明以相转移催化合成的异戊氧基乙酸作为中间体制备异戊氧基乙酸丙烯酯的产品质量接近于美国IFF产品。 Phasetransfer catalysis Willianson ether method was used instead of the traditional Willianson ether method to synthesize isoamyloxyacetic acid from isoamylalcohol and chloroacetice acid, which overcame the disadvantages of harsh and dangerous reaction condition, low yield, high impurities content etc. The effect of the concentration of NaOH, reaction temperature, reaction time, amount of NaOH and catalyst, amount of solvent in the chloracetice acid on yield of product has been investigated. Results showed that the quality of ally isoamyloxyacetate was nearly the same as the products of the IFF in US, when the isoamyloxyacetic acid synthesized by phasetransfer catalysis was used as intermediate raw material.
