摘要
实验测定了1350,1375,1425,1450℃时C在Mn-Fe合金熔体中的溶解度。Mn-Fe合金熔体全浓度范围(从纯Mn到纯Fe)内,C溶解度计算式是XC=1.1231e(-2955/T)+0.1112XMn。通过热力学推导和计算,获得Mn-Fe合金熔体热力学性质与温度的关系式:(1)Fe-C系,lnγ0C=5515/T-3.4981,εCC=5796/T+6.2902,eCC=157.6/T+0.0717,lgXbC=-1283/T+0.0504和ΔG珚ΘC=45852-55.84T;(2)Fe-Mn-C系εMnC=-1447/T+0.2813,εMnC=-2301/T-0.2930和eMnC=-7.779/T-0.002。
The solubility of carbon in Mn-Fe alloy melts was measured experi mently at 1350,1375,1425,1450 ℃ . The solubility of carbon in Mn-Fe alloy mel ts(from pure Mn to pure Fe) can be calculated with following formula: XC= 1.123 1 e(-2 955/T)+ 0.111 2XMn. By thermodynamical derivation and calculation, so me relations between thermodynamical properties in Mn-Fe alloy and temperature were obtained as follows: 1) In Fe-C systems,ln=5 515/T-3.498 1, =5 796/T + 6.290 2, =157.6/T+ 0.071 7, lg=-1 283/T+ 0.050 4 and ? =45 852-55.84 T; 2) In Fe-Mn-C systems =-1 447/T+ 0.281 3, =-2 301/T-0.293 0 and =-7.779/T-0.002.
