摘要
在射频(RF)激励激光器中,功率控制大多采用脉宽调制(PWM)方式。针对PWM方式,本文提出一种采用全数字方式产生频率及占空比可调的脉冲信号,该信号用来控制激光器的输出功率。
In the lasers excited by radio frequency, power control of the laser beam mostly is achieved by Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) . A new method with whole digital method is presented in this paper, the method can produce pulse signal which frequency and duty cycle can be adjusted by user, the pulse signal is used to control the power of laser beam.
