摘要
向纯铝中加入少量金属元素,能改变铝的电化学活性,增强其抗腐蚀性能,减小负差效应。以时间为顺序综述了Al Mn、Al Ga、Al In、Al Sn、Al Sn Ga、Al Mn Mg、Al Zn Sn、Al Mg In Mn等二元、三元、四元合金在中性盐溶液或碱性水溶液中的电化学性能以及合金元素对铝的电化学性能的影响机理,电解质溶液中加入缓蚀剂时对铝合金阳极性能的影响和在一定条件下的缓蚀剂最佳含量。
The addition of a small amount of metallic elements in pure aluminium would change its electrochemical activity,enhance its anticorrosive performance and decrease its negative differential effect.Electrochemical performance of binary(AlMn,AlGa,AlIn,AlSn),ternary(AlSnGa,AlMnMg,AlZnSn)and quaternary aluminium alloys(AlMgInMn)in neutral solution of salts or alkaline solution,the mechanism of the effect of the elements added on electrochemical properties of aluminium,the effect of corrosion inhibitors in electrolyte solution on the electrochemical performance of aluminium alloy anode and their optimum content in certain conditions had been reviewed.
