摘要
通过对风机设计、启停、控制、运行等方面的分析,并结合生产实际,确定了双支腿双炉膛结构300 MW CFB锅炉一、二次风机节能改造方案,通过对比改造前后运行风机参数,定量分析了风机变频改造的节能效果,针对风机变频改造后因风机特性改变易发生一次风机抢风导致锅炉翻床事故这一危险点提出了防范、控制及处理方法。
By the wind turbine design,start and stop,control,operation and other aspects of analysis,and combined with the actual production,the double leg double furnace structure of 300 MW CFB boiler one or two fan energy-saving plan had be selected.By comparing before and after the transformation operation of wind machine parameters,quantitative analysis of the energy saving effect of frequency conversion fan.the characteristics of frequency conversion fan was changed,and the accident of boiler bed overturn was easy happened,put forward prevention,control and treatment method.
