摘要
实验研究证明,表象训练在体育教学中的应用可以提高教学质量,“形象”的形成必须有一定的刺激时间;表象训练应“想”与“练”相结合;表象训练应有时间限制.
The experiment proves that the application of idea training to physical teaching can improve teaching quality. The formation of "image " must have definite stimalative time. People should combine thinking with training in idea training. The idea training should have time limit.
