利用喷射空化场提高苏铁种子的萌发水准 被引量:1

摘要 苏铁(Cycasrevolulta)是世界上现存为数不多的古老植物之一,具有很高的观赏和药用价值.但用通常的方法进行种子繁殖时,存在发芽率低、萌发时间长,而且种子易霉变等问题.本研究利用频率为1.45MHZ、超声电功率为25W的连续波超声形成的喷射空化场对种子进行刺激,结果表明,20min的喷射空化场刺激使种子萌发率从76.7%提高到100%,霉烂率从23.3%降低到零,平均萌发时间从326d缩短到143d作者认为,源自超声喷射空化场前端界面蕴有的集中的机械和热效应是这种苏铁种子萌发水准得以提高的主要机制. Cycas revoluta Thunb.", is one of some rare and age-old plants in the world, which isimportant both for sightseeing and for medicine. What has been troubling pepole, however,is that sofar human attempt at Cyeas seed germination in soil with the conventional methods have often endedin failure .This paper introduces experimental study which shows that the jetting cavitation fieldgenerated by an ultrasound with a frequency of 1 .45MHz and an e1ectric power of 25W can promoteCycas seed germination. Also it has been observed that the field stimulation for 20 minutes increasesseed germination capacity from 76.7% to 100%, and reduces average germination duration of 326 daysto 143 days. The authors think that both mechanical and heating effects of the concentrating cavitationphenomenon originating from the jetting ultrasound cavitation field are responsible for the Cyeas seedgermination.
