和任何其它自动控制系统一样，公司制的平稳有效动作也有赖于一个性能良好的外部控制器的存在．股票市场是构成这个控制器的一个非常重要的“元件”，其性能在很大程度上影响着控制器的性能进而影响着公司制运作的稳定性和效率．目前我国股票市场还存在若干问题，致使对公司的运作监督、调控不力，这也是目前我国国有企业实行公司化改革效果并不令人满意的重要原因之一．只有完善规范股票市场，使其对公司真正具有测量功能，比较功能，调节、执行功能，国有企业实行公司化改革，才可能取得预期的效果．

Like any automatic control systems the company system depends on reliable - performance external controller for proper and smooth operation. The stock market is an important component of the controller needed by the company ststem. The performance of the stock market influences, to a great extent, the performance of the controller, and then infuences the stability and effciency of the operation of the company ststem. At present there are still some problems in China' s stock market, and, as a result, the stock market cannot function effectively in supervising and adjusting the operation of companies. This is one of the important reasons why the country' s state - owned enterprises so far have not yet achieved any really satisfactory results in the reform involving the company ststem. Only wnen the stock market is perfected and standardized and can really function well in measuring, comparing, aduj sting, and executing in the company' s affairs can it be possible for us to achieve the desired result in our effort to run the state - owned enterprises as we do companies.
