摘要
利用金属硫化物在水溶液中溶解度的差异,将离子置换法和超声波辅助合成法相结合反应10~20min,通过Ag+置换CdS纳米棒中的Cd2+而生成Ag2S沉淀,对CdS纳米棒进行侵蚀而形成镶嵌式点缀结构或完全包覆层核-壳结构.与离子置换法比较并对其光学性质进行了初步研究.
By using the differences of the solubility of the metal sulfide in the hydrosolution.CdS/Ag 2 S were synthesized via ultrasonic synthesis and ion replacement method to react for10-20minutes,the Ag 2 S deposit was prepared by the Ag + replacing the Cd 2+ in the CdS nanorod.The Ag 2 S modified the surface of CdS nanorod and the mosaic ornament structure or the fully encirled shell-core structure was prepared.Compared with ion replacement method and make the first study for its optical properties.
