摘要
研究了哌啶荒酸哌啶(PDPC)与Mn(Ⅱ)最佳显色反应的条件,确定在pH=7.0的条件下,Mn(Ⅱ)与PDPC形成棕红色络合物,络合物组成比1∶1,可见光区最大吸收波长λmax=498nm,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=1.02×104L·mol-1·cm-1.应用拟定方法测定合成水样中Mn(Ⅱ)含量,结果满意.
The conditions of the color reaction piperidine dithiocarbamate piperidine(PDPC)with Mn (Ⅱ)are studied in this paper.The maroon complex i s formed when pH value is at 7.0.The ratio of Mn (Ⅱ)and PDPC is 1to 1. The maximum absorption peak is at 498nm and the apparent mola r absorption co efficient is1.02×10 4 L·mol-1 ·cm-1 .The method is applied to determine t race Mn (Ⅱ)in synthetical water sa mple with satisfactory results.
