法制是解决腐败问题的理性选择

Legal system being the rational selection for solving the problem of corruption

依法治理腐败是社会主义市场经济的内在要求,是社会主义民主政治的内在要求,是反腐实践的理性选择。如何依法治理腐败?笔者认为,第一要加强立法工作,完善社会主义法律体系,建立完备的反腐败制度;第二要强化普法宣传教育,提高全民的法律意识;第三要依法建立监督机制。

To solve the problem of corruption in accordance with the socialist market economy ,an internal requirement of the socialist democratic politics,and a rational choice of the practice of an-ti-corruption.How to solve the problem of corruption?The writers hold that:Ⅰ.We should enhance the establishment of a system of the rule of law and improve the socialist legal system to make a complete anti-corruption system;Ⅱ.We should strengthen the popularization,publicity and education of the knowledge of law awareness;Ⅲ.We should set up a supervision in conformity with legal provisions.
