党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标 ,它体现了我们党与时俱进的精神 ,其实质是要实现共同富裕和人的全面发展。要实现这一宏伟目标 ,就必须坚持“四个文明”一起抓 ,即我们在建设物质文明和精神文明的同时 。

Our Party's16th National Congress set the struggle objective-to b uild up a well-off society in an all-round way,which embodies our Party's spirit of Keeping pace with the times.The essence of the objective is realization of common prosperity and man's all-round development.To achieve this magnificent goal ,we much pay equal attention to all the four aspects of civilization,that is,when we try to build the civilization,we must pay atˉtention to the construction of the political and the ecological aspects as well as the moral and the material aspects.
