农村经纪人是市场经济发展的产物。随着市场经济的发展 ,农村经纪人在思想观念、文化素质、经营能力等方面都发生了深刻的变化 ,其影响和作用越来越大 ,有效地带动了农村经济和社会事业的进步。实践表明 ,农村经纪人已成为农村先进生产力的代表和现代农业经济发展的中坚力量。尽管农村经纪人具有较强的活力 ,适应市场能力强 ,但他们在自身发展的过程中还有不少问题 ,同时还受到政策、环境、市场等方面的制约。各级政府和有关部门要积极从舆论导向、政策扶持、科技信息和引导服务等方面为农村经济人创造一个更为宽松的社会和市场环境 。

Rural agent is the production of market economy.With the developm ent of market economy,the rural agent′s ideolodal concept;cultural quality and management ability have changed profoundly,which has a great inˉfluence and effectively bring along the progress of rural economy and social undertaking.The facts have proved that,rural agent has become the representative of rural advanced productive force and the backbone of modern rural ecoˉnomical development.There still exist some problems during its development,at the same time it is restricted by policies,environment,market etc,although rural agent has great vitality and adaptability.So governments and deˉpartments at all levels should positively produce a more ample social and market environment for rural agent from guide role of mass media,policy support,scientific and technological information,and guiding suivice,and give free rain to rural agent in the construation.of rural and agricultural economy.
