摘要 情感是影响教学效果的三大因素之一,在教学过程中如何利用情感激励因素发挥师生教与学的积极性是教育工作者追求的目标。在使用情感激励时,必须遵循其原则,考虑其特点,讲究方式方法,恰到好处地使用情感激励,方能取得良好教学效果。 Affect is one of the three factors that influence educational effect,and it is what edcators aim at to bring into play the initiative of teachers and students in teaching and learning by means of application of affective of teachers and learning.When applying affective encouragement,we must follow its laws and take its features into consideration,and ply regard to method so as to apply affective encouragement to a nicety and achieve ideal result of teaching and learning.
