突出主体性 构建新型师生关系

To Stress the Entiy and Form the New Style Relations between Teachers and Student

摘要 培养、发展人的主体性是当代教育改革的一个主题。本文试从主体性、学生主体性的认识开始,分析当前我国学校教育中师生关系的几个误区,即重视师生交往的工具性价值,忽视目的性价值;“藐视”学生主体性;“严”“爱”脱节,师生关系恶化。从而提出在学习活动、班级日常活动、常规管理工作等方面突出学生主体性;加上教师自身主体性的发挥,才能合理地构建新型的师生关系。 It's a subiect of the contemporary education reform to train and develop people's entity. This paper tries to recognize entity and students' entity and analyzes several mistakes in the relations between teachres and students in our Chinese school education which include emphasizing the means of communication while ignoring the aim, despising students' entity, strict being divorced from love and the deterioration of their relations. Therefore, the writer points out that we can form reasonably the new style relations between teachers and students if we elaborate teachers' entity and stress the students' entity in the studying, class daily activities and conventional management.
