浅谈初中校长岗位培训的教学模式

On the Teaching Pattern of Training the Principals of the Junior Middle Schools

本文就我们已经进行了十年的培训工作的教学模式作了总的回顾和总结。同时,在重建教学模式中,又具前瞻性地提出了未来更好地开展初中校长培训应建立的一些新的与日俱进的培训教学模式。抓住培训对象的特点、性质,有针对性地把培训的教学工作做得更好、更实、更具成效。

Based on the traditional teaching pattern, this paper has general recollections and summary of our ten years'training work ,Meanwhile, in the reestablishment of teaching pattern ,We put forward a better new teaching pattern of training the principals of the junior middle schools We will train the trainees in accordance with their special characteristics and make our teaching work more practical and more effective.
