摘要
本文以全新的思路,从教师与学生两个方面对高校文科的传统教学方法提出质疑,指出高校文科教学目前只重知识概念堆积、不重实际能力培养和缺少思想、悟性和方法的传播与引导的不良现状,论其结果必然导致教师照本宣科、学生死记硬背。本着学生上大学既不是为了高分低能,又不是受到单纯的技术培训,在大学里学生应该接受的是广博的教育的原则,本文进一步提出文科教与学及考试的基本改革方法。
This essay, from a new point of view, queries the traditional methods used by teachers and students in the teaching and learning of arts subjects in colleges. It points out that at present in colleges what teachers' efforts are directed to in the teaching of art subjects is cramming knowledge and concepts into students' heads without attention to fostering students' pratical abilities and guiding students' thinking, giving students insight, and imparting methods to students, which will inevitably result in teachers' repeating what the book says and students' mechanical memorizing. Students don't come to college to be learners good at examinations but modest in ability, or only to receive training in skills, but come to college for an all-round education. In view of this, the paper puts forward some basic ways to reform the teaching and learning of arts subjects and reform examination system.
