摘要
分层教学是实施素质教育中探索出来的一种新的体育教学方法.它要求做到:全面细致地了解学生情况;合理地划分教学层次;掌握课程标准,把握教学总体目标,正确制定不同层次的教学目标;根据不同层次的教学目标,采取不同的教学方法;建立反馈机制,及时合理调整,强化激励机制.
Leveled teaching is a new teaching method of Physical Education, which is discovered in the implement of Quality Education. It requires teachers to: thoroughly understand all aspects of students; reasonably make the teaching levels; follow the curriculum standard, keep the general teaching objective, correctly design the teaching objectives for different levels, and implement different teaching methods; establish feedback system, reasonably adjust it in time, and enforce motivational system.
