摘要
在0.15mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH 4.4)-0.016mol/L KIO3支持电解质中,喹啉产生-灵敏的极谱催化波,蜂电流比其相应的极谱波增大30余倍,峰电位为-1.14V(vs.SCE).该极谱催化波的二阶导数峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-4-3.5×10-4 mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检测下限为2.0×10-5mol/L,该方法可用于微量喹啉的测定,其灵敏度比无KIO3存在时提高了近一个数量级.
In 0.15mol/L HAc-NaAc(pH 4.4)-0.016mol/L KIO3 support electrolyte, quinoline yielded a sensitive polarographic catalytic wave with peak potential -1.14V (vs.SCE). The peak current of the polarographic catalytic wave of quinoline increased almost 30 times than that of its corresponding polarographic wave. The second-order derivative peak current of the polarographic catalytic wave was linearly proportional to quinoline concentration in the range from 1.0×10-4mol/L to 3.5×10-4mol/L,and the limit of detection was 2.0×10-5 mol/L. This method can be used to detect trace quinoline.
