音乐教师在教学中要重视三个重要问题:一是抓住音乐教学中的“乐”,做到美中求乐、动中寻乐、苦中作乐、寓教于乐;二是培养学生正确的音乐“审美趣味”,让学生获得美感体验、开阔音乐视野、培养高尚情操;三是提高教师自身的创新素质———先进的创新动力、创造意识和创新精神、创新型人才的知识结构、创新的教学方法与管理艺术。
