A Blind Separation Algorithm of Delayed Sources Based on Information Maximization

Bell和Sejnowski提出了一种基于信息最大化的方法能够分离瞬时混合信号,一般称之为传统的信息最大化方法.本文对传统的信息最大化方法进行了扩展,使之能够适用于更普遍存在的时延混合情况,并给出了一个能够处理时延混合信号的网络结构.通过最大化网络传输的信息量,本文推导出了网络中的时延和权的自适应方程.

Bell and Sejnowski have presented a approach to separate instantaneous mixtures based on the information maximization that we always call it traditional information maximization. This paper extends this approach into more general cases where the sources may have been delayed with respect to each other and presents a nework architecture capable of coping with such sources.We also derive the adaptation equations for the delays and the weights in the network by maximizing the information transferred through the network.
