我国农村离婚妇女土地权利受到侵害的原因与我国农村妇女土地权利问题一样复杂多样,但从根本上说,主要是由我国土地资源的稀缺性和拥挤性、“父权社会”结构和男权主义文化以及法律与政策的漏洞所决定的。只有从父权结构、根本法律和专门法律配套、社会特别是村社传统、风俗习惯等多方面进行循序渐进的变革或改造,才能真正保护我国农村离婚妇女这一社会弱势群体的土地权利。

In our country,the reason that the rural divorced women's land right aggrieved is as complicated as the problems of the rural divorced women.But ultimately,it is mainly decided by the structure of ″Father Right Society″,and the culture of Man Right Principle,also including the law and the policy's defections.So in order to protect the weaker class in the country,our rural divorced women's land right concretely,only from the transform or alteration step by step,of which the Father Right's structure,the basic law and the specialized law from complete set,in society,especially the tradition of rural community,the customs and cultures,and many other aspects.
