The Scheme for Organization of Large-scale Students' Training of Microteaching

以引导微格教学大面积有效开展为目标,结合我校近几年开展微格教学训练的实际方法,从组织分工、时间安排、训练内容、主要步骤等环节提出一套开展大面积训练的有效组织方案。

With this provincial research subject,we have studied it and put it into practice seriously for a few years.By the purpose of leading microteaching training to large-scale and effective practice,this paper proposes a effective scheme of organization,which includes the organization division of labour,training schedule,training content,major training procedures and so on,for microteaching training on large scale.
