摘要
结合教学实践,对案例分析课程的案例教学方法进行了初步的探讨,提出案例教学应该循序渐进、因地制宜,充分考虑到本校学生的特点。
The case method of teaching is widely used on management courses in China's undergradu- ate education.But the outcome is not satisfying.Therefore,some colleges separates the case analysis from the major courses and forms the ease analysis courses.Many teaching practices were made for the case method of teaching on such courses.When using the case method of teaching,the author recommends that adjustment is needed according to the students'characteristics,that the step-by-step approach is necces- sary.
