There are some effects affect the financing conduct of the small and medium-sized corporations,such as lifecycle,form of organization,management of financing,etc.In order to solve these problems,the small and medium-sized corporations should,according to the developmental stages,choose the right financing strategies,strengthen the cooperation with banks,apply for loans from banks and develop the channels of financing to raise funds on its own initiative.
