教育是人类文明的产物,而接受义务教育也是人的一项基本人权。我国现在基本上普及了九年义务教育,但现实中大量适龄儿童依然失学辍学,而欠发达地区在此问题上尤为突出。本文从现状、问题、对策三个角度对欠发达地区的义务教育阶段贫困生救助问题进行研究。

The education is a civilized outcome of mankind,and it is one of fundamental human rights to receive compulsory education.Now the our country makes widely available for nine years basically,compulsory education,but have a great deal of proper child to drop out of school to stop schooling still in the actuality,but the economically under-developed area of our courty is outstanding on this problem.Research the problem that financial aid the poor students of the compulsory education stage.The research from the three angles the of present condition,problem,counterplan.
