高校从源头防治腐败具有重大意义。防治腐败的着力点在于坚持以人为本,筑牢“四支队伍”的反腐思想防线;坚持依法治教,遵纪守法,养成良好行为习惯;坚持还权于民,加强群众对权力的制约和监督。可采取以下新举措:加强理想信念教育,牢固树立社会主义荣辱观;推进校务公开,建设和谐校园;全面落实科学发展观,提高办学质量和效益。

Anti-corruption from its source in higher school is very significant.The focuses lie in sticking to: Laying human as the basis and building up solid anti-corruption idea of ″four troops″;managing education according to law and conforming to discipline and law to form good behavior and habit;and giving back rights to people to strengthen their control and supervision over rights.The following measures are suggested: to strengthen education of ideal and belief for building up socialist conception of honor and disgrace;to further opening of school affairs for building up harmonious campus;to carry out scientific development conception for enhancing quality and benefit of running school.
