Unity front has an improtant position and plays an important role in establishing a harmonious university.With economic socialty's constant development and higher education's rapid development,the work of intellectual except party members comes to a new situation and is asked for higher requirement.In this article new situation and new demand of work of these intellectuals is analyzed;the social status and role of them under this situation is expounded;new train of thought of their work is developed.
