普高与高职:平等并列的双轨制——台湾高等职业技术教育的变革与启示

General and Vocational Higher Education:Two-track System——Reformation and enlightenment of Taiwan’s higher vocational and technical education

高等职业技术教育已成为高等教育的一个新的重要领域,但是,在中国大陆,高等职业技术教育通常只能设置到专科层次。这是否有一定的理论依据,现在还无法定论。不过,台湾的高等职业技术教育,已经形成了包含专科、本科以及研究生教育的完整体系,这或许对正处于改革与发展中的大陆高职教育有一定的借鉴与启示。

Higher vocational and technical education has been a new and important yield in higher e-ducation,but it is set a limit to the degree of assistant bachelor degree in China's Mainland.It is not cer-tain that the limit is based in some theories.However,in Taiwan,it has formed a complete system includ-ing bachelor and master and doctor degree,which maybe show some enlightenment for the undergoing higher vocational and technical education in China's Mainland.
