The Analysis on the Theory of Freedom and its Reference Effect to China

西方自由思想经历了三个阶段,从否定的自由到肯定的自由再到肯定的自由和否定的自由统一。中国的法治进程中,自由思想对其有着积极的意义,也带来了消极的影响。因此我们不仅要对西方自由思想进行解析,也好对中国的社会结构和文化传统进行解构,使中国在吸收了合理的自由思想后更好地达到法治进程。

The theory of western freedom idea has three phrases.It developed from 'negative freedom' to 'positive freedom';at last,it reached the phrase called 'unity of the negative freedom and the negative freedom'.It brought positive effect to Chinese development in 'rule by law' as well as negative effect.As a result,we not only need analysis on the theory of freedom idea,but also need analysis the social structure and culture of China in order to make use of freedom idea theory to help the development in 'rule by law'.
