摘要
餐饮在饭店中的地位越来越重要,但饭店餐饮与社会餐馆相比经营状况普遍不佳。饭店餐饮在经营成本、管理体制、菜肴等诸多方面同社会餐馆相比处于劣势。为了提高饭店餐饮对社会餐馆的竞争力,饭店餐饮可以采取创造特色品牌,注重菜肴创新、精心策划设计菜单、营造良好的就餐氛围、加大广告宣传力度等有效的市场竞争策略。
The dining is more and more important in the hotel status,but the hotel dining and the social restaurant compare the management condition not to be generally good.The hotel dining in the cost of operation,the management system,the cooked food and so on many aspects same society restaurant compares is in the inferiority.In order to enhance the hotel dining to the social restaurant competitive power,the hotel dining may adopt creation characteristic brand,the attention cooked food innovates,the careful plan design menu,building good goes to eat the atmosphere,enlarge advertisements propaganda dynamics and so on the effective market competition strategy.
