On Managerial Problems Arising from the Accelerating Development of Private Enterprises

民营企业进入加速发展期后,由于社会资本薄弱、缺乏权力制衡和职业经理阶层等因素的阻碍,要由原来家族式管理向现代企业制度化的管理转变,应从以下几个方面加强管理:强化社会责任;改善治理结构;完善制度建设;培育经理人以及创建适宜的企业文化。

Due to insufficient social capital,the lack of power check and professional management,the private enterprises,after accelerating its development in recent years,should be developed from family centered companies into modern institutions.To achieve such a goal,the private enterprises will have to share more social responsibilities,improve their management structures,perfect their system construction,foster professional managers,and create their own cultures.This paper attempts to analyze his expression of subject matters and choice of elements.
